Crane comes up a lot. "How do you do crane pose?"...I hear it all the time. Here is how you do Crane Pose (mainly)...come to class at least 100 times in 10 months. That's the hard part...being patient and consistent. If you show up regularly and develop the foundations of practice, like Sun Salutations for example...everything else will fall into place. An advanced technique is a basic one that it is mastered...the hardest part of building a strong practice is showing up...day after day, week after week, year after year. Do that, and you've built character...not just Crane Pose. ~ JDS
