Detroit Yoga Etiquette

  • We don't accept drop-ins/walk-ins.  Our classes are for local residents who have enrolled in our 6 month program.  This allows us to create a very unique environment and method of practice that would not be possible with random people always coming and going and starting and stopping.

  • First class is by appointment.  This keeps us from having too many first day students in the same class at the same time, so that everyone is well taken care of.  We're excited to see you too!  Please be patient and schedule your first class.

  • When in class, please practice only postures that have been given by the teacher running the class.

  • Tardiness?  It's okay to be late every once in a while, 5 or 10 minutes is okay to come in quietly and get started (please do not be late on your first day).
