- Begin seated
- Bend one knee and draw foot in towards your body
- Place foot on top of the other thigh near the hip joint
- Knee of the bent leg points forward so that thighs are side by side
- Using the arm corresponding to the bent leg, reach back and wrap arm around backside of body grabing for the foot
- Fold torso over straight leg and reach forward with your free hand to grab its corresponding foot
