Bound Half Lotus Forward Fold

  1. Begin seated
  2. Bend one knee and draw foot in towards your body
  3. Place foot on top of the other thigh near the hip joint
  4. Knee of the bent leg points forward so that thighs are side by side
  5. Using the arm corresponding to the bent leg, reach back and wrap arm around backside of body grabing for the foot
  6. Fold torso over straight leg and reach forward with your free hand to grab its corresponding foot
