Arm Pressure Posture

Sanskrit: Bhujapidasana
Pose Type: arm balances.
Benefits: abdomen, arms, chest, groin, hips, shoulders, wrists.

  1. Begin in Down Dog Posture
  2. Walk legs forward around arms so that the feet are in front of the arms
  3. Lower into a squat
  4. Legs wrap around the upper arms
  5. Lift feet off ground and cross ankles
  6. Legs squeeze the upper arms and hands push into the floor
