Half Lotus Seated Twist

  1. Begin in Three Limbs Facing One Foot Posture
  2. Sit up tall
  3. Place foot of the straight leg on top of the opposite thigh close to hip, sole of the foot facing up
  4. Using the arm that corresponds to the crossed leg, reach behind back to grab corresponding foot
  5. Place hand of the opposite arm, palm down with fingers turned in, to the floor under the knee of the crossed leg
  6. Use the arms as leverage to twist
