  1. Begin in Mountain Pose
  2. Palms together in front of chest
  3. Bend the knees and cross one leg over the other
  4. The foot of the top leg works to hook behind the calf of the standing leg
  5. Squeeze legs together
  6. Either keep palms pressed together infront of the chest or cross the arms as seen in the picture. when crossing arms, the bottom arm will corespond to the standing leg
