Hand Under Foot Posture

Pose Type: standing, forward fold,
Benefits: abdomen, ankles, arches, brain, hamstrings, heart, intestines, legs, shoulders, spine, wrists.

  1. Begin in Mountain Pose
  2. Separate feet hips width
  3. Fold forward
  4. Lift the balls of the feet one at a time to place hands under
  5. Straighten legs as far as they'll go without forcing or hyper-extending the knee joints
  6. Chest moves toward the legs
  7. Head hangs without shruging shoulders
