  1. Begin in Down Dog Posture
  2. Lower knees to the floor
  3. Move feet apart while knees can be together or apart
  4. Sit back between your heels lowering to sit on the floor
  5. Sit up tall
  6. Inerlace fingers and reach arms up over head with palms facing up
  7. Shoulders stay down as the arms reach up
