Big Toe Posture

  1. Begin in Mountain Pose
  2. Separate feet hips width
  3. Fold forward to grab big toes with the first two fingers and thumbs of each hand, knees might bend to do so
  4. Feet evenly push into the floor
  5. Straighten legs as far as they'll go without forcing or hyper-extending the knee joints
  6. Chest moves toward the legs
  7. Head hangs without shruging shoulders
