  1. Begin in Down Dog Posture
  2. Bring one knee forward to the floor in front of it's coresponding hip, while the back knee lowers to the floor behind it's coresponding hip
  3. Hips are squared off with the chest as they sink toward the floor
  4. Hands press down
  5. Shoulders are back and the chest is broad
