  1. Begin in Shoulder Stand or lying on back
  2. Feet over head toward the floor
  3. If the feet reach the floor, press the ball of foot down and straighten legs as far as they'll go
  4. Arms press into the floor
Note: If feet don't reach the floor place hands on lower back for more support.
