  1. Begin in seated
  2. Place hands down behind you shouders distance apart
  3. Feet down in front of you hips distance apart
  4. Pressing feet and hands into the floor lift the hips and chest upward
  5. Once lifted hands shoud be underneath the shoulders and the feet underneath the knees
