  1. Begin seated
  2. Extend one leg straight out in front of you
  3. With the opposite leg, bend knee and press sole of the foot into inner thigh of the straight leg
  4. Arm corresponging to straight leg presses against the inner leg
  5. Reach other arm over head as spine twists open
