Seated One Leg Bound Posture

  1. Begin Seated
  2. Straighten one leg out in front of you and flex foot
  3. Bend the other leg to step foot on the floor in front of hip
  4. Using the arm corresponding to the bent leg, reach forward with palm of hand facing out
  5. Bend elbow and wrap arm around leg to bring hand behind back, palm still facing out
  6. Reach the other arm behind back
  7. Clasp hands
  8. Fold forward, lowering chest towards the straight leg
