  2. Straighten one leg out in front of you
  3. Bend knee of the other leg and place sole of foot on the floor
  4. Twisting towards bent leg, set hand of the arm corresponding to this leg on the floor behind you
  5. Press elbow of the other arm against the ouside of the bent leg
