  2. Bend knees and plant feet on the floor, feet separated hips width with knees directly above ankles
  3. Feet and arms press down as hips and chest lift upward
  4. Shoulder blades draw together underneath you
  5. Either press palms into floor beside you or interlace fingers underneath you
