Side Plank Posture (leg up)

Sanskrit:
Pose Type: arm balances.
Benefits: abdomen, ankles, arms, buttocks, foot, legs, neck, shoulders, spine, wrists.

  1. Begin in Side Plank Pose
  2. Lift the top leg upward as high as your range of motion allows
  3. Big push into the hand of the supporting arm (not letting the shoulder sag)
  4. The foot of the supporting leg may flatten to the floor (depending on flexability)
