- Begin on hands and knees
- Place fore arms on the ground with elbows under shoulders and interlace fingers
- Place top of head on floor with the back of the head against hands
- Press into forearms as knees lift off the floor
- Step feet toward elbows to bring hips above shoulders
- Distribute weight evenly between forarms and head
- With control, lift feet off the floor and extend legs upward stacking them above hips and shoulders
- Balls of the feet press up
