  1. Begin in Forward Fold
  2. Step feet about hips width apart
  3. Bend knees and lower down, lifting the heels as you do so
  4. Balls of the feet and toes are pressed into the floor
  5. Knees are infront of the hips
  6. Palms press together in front of chest
