Bump Up Posture

Sanskrit: Tolasana
Pose Type: seated, arm balances.
Benefits: abdomen, arms, legs, pelvis, wrists.

  1. Begin seated
  2. Cross ankles and ground hands alongside hips
  3. Push hands into the floor and straighten/extend arms
  4. Draw knees up toward the shoulders working to lift hips off the floor
  5. Bump up motion is accompanied by an inhale breath
