  1. Begin in Mountain Pose
  2. Lift one foot off the floor and press it into the inner thight of the standing leg (use hand to assist in drawing the foot up high on the thigh if needed)
  3. The bent knee of the raised leg points out to the side
  4. Arms extend up over head or bring palms together in front of chest
