  1. Begin in Warrior I
  2. Arms lower at sides
  3. Shift weight to your front leg and step off back foot
  4. Torso extends out over the floor in front of you
  5. Back leg lifts parallel to the floor with the foot flexed and extended through the heel
  6. The lifted leg, hips, arms and Torso stay level to the floor
